Uncle Nearest + Bitters Lab "Barrel Aged Apple Bitters" Limited Edition

This unique, very special, and limited-edition batch of Apple Bitters was created with care by the team at Bitters Lab with apples sourced entirely from a non-profit partner, The Green Urban Lunch Box, in late autumn 2021. The apples were carefully combined with bitter roots, barks, herbs and spices to create a one-of-a-kind flavor. The bitters were then aged for 90 days in a recently emptied 1856 Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey Cask before bottling.

Bitters Lab partnered with Love and Victory to design a special label for these bitters. 

Suggested Uses:

• Drinks: pairs well with whiskey, scotch, rum, vodka, wine, champagne, coffee & tea.

• Food: Excellent in baked goods and frostings. Great in savory dishes such as salad dressings, marinades, sauces, with meat & vegetables alike.
