Thurs. November 3rd: Mixology 101 (Essential Techniques -Fall Focused)

In this class we will focus on proper cocktail making techniques and will use Fall cocktails as the backdrop. 

Topics we will cover:

• Shaken or Stirred?  When do you shake vs stir a cocktail? How to properly stir a cocktail like the pros.
• Proper Glassware:  Why the type of glassware you use is important and how it affects the cocktail experience.
• Cocktail History: Cocktail stories that will make you the most interesting host or guest at your next cocktail party.
• Philosophy behind classic cocktails and why they are tried and true

This class is perfect for the person who is cocktail curious and just beginning the journey into the world of better beverages.

We will make 3 drinks using a variety of spirits
