Cheese and charcuterie boards can feel daunting to make but just in time for your Thanksgiving celebrations we will welcome Eboni Lewis from The Board Experience back again to lead you through the steps of constructing your own boards.  There is an art to creating a visually appealing and well prepared board and Eboni will share with you how to pair flavors, textures, ingredients, cheese and meat combinations and the best places in the city to shop for your ingredients. 


After you construct your boards you will be guided by a certified wine expert through a 5 wine tasting with wines that have been thoughtfully selected to pair with your charcuterie and cheese boards.

(Your boards will be constructed so that you can take them home with you at the end of the class)

Eboni Wallace Lewis, owner of The Board Experience makes charcuterie boards and boxes, customized special gifts and teaches virtual board making classes. The Board Experience was born out of her passion for making charcuterie and cheese boards and love of serving and hosting family and friends. Ebony is a wife, mother of a teenaged son and works full time in the cultural sector.
