Learn how to construct a luxury charcuterie board and cocktails

About this experience

Cheese and charcuterie boards can feel daunting to make. There is an art to creating a visually appealing and well-prepared board and we welcome  Eboni Lewis from The Board Experience to to our cocktail studio to share with you how to construct a board, pair flavors, textures, ingredients, cheese and meat combinations and the best places in the city to shop for your ingredients.  


Tamu Curtis, owner of The Cocktailery will guide you through making two  cocktails that universally pair with charcuterie and cheese.


We will make the first cocktail at the beginning of the class and the second after you have completed your boards. Sit and enjoy your cocktail while you graze on your epic creation. (Your boards will be constructed so that you can take them home with you at the end of the class as well)

Covid - 19 Policy:
We are a fully vaccinated staff and believe we are obligated to protect our staff and their families and to offer a safe place for our guests to relax and socialize. 

All guests who are planning to attend a cocktail class must be fully vaccinated 14 days prior to their class. Proof of vaccination will be required at check-in. 

Acceptable documents of immunization:


1. Official CDC issued Vaccination Record Card
2. Photo on your phone of your CDC Vaccination Record Card. 

There are no exceptions to this rule. We do not offer refunds due to not adhering to our COVID-19 vaccination policy.

Eboni Wallace Lewis, owner of The Board Experience makes charcuterie boards and boxes, customized special gifts and teaches virtual board making classes. The Board Experience was born out of her passion for making charcuterie and cheese boards and love of serving and hosting family and friends. Ebony is a wife, mother of a teenaged son and works full time in the cultural sector.
