Sat. August 6th - Inside the Tiki Cocktail

About this experience

This course is a true Tiki treat. Nearly a half-century before Tiki drinks emerged as a defining moment in American mixology, a category of easy-to-make, easy-to-enjoy cocktails were already setting the stage for drinks experienced as vehicles to “far-flung” and “exotic” places. You can rest assured that you’re learning the real recipes and practicing the proper tiki ways.

Learn about Tiki syrups: Orgeat and  Falernum
