Portland Syrups Grapefruit Tonic

This delicate mix of grapefruit, elderflower, and quinine creates a sweet, tart, and bitter tonic. It’s designed to create a perfectly balanced mocktail or Gin/Vodka cocktail with a citrusy punch.

Each 12 oz. bottle makes 12-24 cocktails, or nearly one gallon of finished, full-strength soda.

Shelf stable for 24 months. Refrigerate after opening. Will keep refrigerated for 6 months.
