Part-Time Retail Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and  enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Manager who has a passion and experience in the Food and Beverage, Retail or Hospitality Industry. 

Retail Manager: 

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
  • Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
  • Giving customers advice about sales 
  • Use upselling techniques to increase store sales
  • Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
  • New inventory intake. Reconciling, counting, and pricing products.
  • Categorize and digitally file purchase orders and invoices
  • Storage runs
  • Cleaning up trash/boxes, organizing supplies, shipping materials, and inventory closet.
  • Lifting and transporting boxes
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • The ability to use a POS cash register, troubleshoot any POS Wifi connectivity issues that may arise and able to adapt to current technology needs
  • Strong level of professionalism at work

E-Commerce Customer Service

  • Fullfill online orders twice a week. Includes: packaging & shipping orders and replying to queries to efficiently resolve complaints
  • Serve as contact support for online customers, attending to calls, replying to order queries, efficiently resolving complaints, and processing orders.

    Proficiencies:

    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Word
    • Excel - 3 yrs
    • Dropbox

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma
    • Must be 21+
    • Proficient on Outlook and Microsoft Office
    • At least two years of demonstrated experience in retail marketing,
    • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of business.
    • Must have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines.
    • Must be well organized and detail-oriented
    • Must have a car and valid driver's license
