Our classes follow one simple equation, and the Cost Estimate Form will do the math for you: Base Instructor Fee + Class Upgrades Per Person = Total Cost

We have four class options available, depending on your preferences and the size of your group:

ON  THE ROCKS - 1 hour / 3 cocktails
Up to 10 participants: $1,000
11 to 20 participants: $1,200
21 - 50 participants: $1,400

STRAIGHT UP - 1 hour / 2 cocktails (give your team more time to socialize in this 1 hr class)
Up to 10 participants: $1,000
11 to 20 participants: $1,200
21 - 50 participants: $1,400

NO CHASER - 1/2 hour / 2 cocktails
Up to 20 participants: $1,000
21 - 50 participants: $1,400
NEAT: - 15 mins. / 1 cocktail
Up to 100 participants: $1,000
100 + participants: $1,300

BAR TOOL SETS

The cost for Bar Tool Sets are $55.00 per person + $13 to $15 per kit for shipping. 

*Please note there is a 10 person minimum for class upgrades, and we only ship within the U.S. After securing your booking by paying your invoice, simply download the address template form and return it to us with your recipients' addresses 14 days prior to your class date. We will take care of the rest!

We can ship up to 50 bar tools sets per class. We do not ship internationally (this includes Canada and Mexico).

• Participants are asked to mute themselves: Participants can unmute themselves to ask a question or questions can be asked via chat.
• If you are including a cocktail experience  to an existing virtual program we can tailor our program to integrate into your event.

Our virtual cocktail classes are held on Zoom or the video conferencing platform of your choice. Provide us with your link and we will join your virtual meeting. We can accommodate up to 100 participants on our account.

We also offer the option to have 5 to 7 minute “Happy Hour Breakout Rooms” in-between cocktails which allows your team to engage in smaller groups in an environment that is designed to foster conversation through fun question and answer “get to know each other” sessions and trivia questions. 

We want to give you the best virtual class experience possible! Prepping for your class takes time, and we want to ensure there is enough time to ship your Bar Tool Sets  to each team member.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation your virtual class fee is 50% refundable.  In the event of a cancellation, the client has the option to reschedule within 60 days with fees applied to the rescheduled date. If a bar tools kit order has been fulfilled and shipped it is fully refundable.

The Cost Estimate Form is a real-time tool for you to build out your class and to see the expected total of booking a virtual class for your group. 

Once you fill out the contact form below, you will be emailed our class calendar to select your preferred date. Immediately following the calendar, you will use the Cost Estimate Form to build out your class. You will select the number of participants, any class upgrades you want to purchase, and the cocktail(s) you want to make during your class. As you make your selections, you will see the estimate at the bottom of the form update in real-time.

In order to officially book your virtual team building class, you will need to complete the Cost Estimate Form and submit your 100% deposit within 24 hours of completing the form. If you choose not to move forward, you forfeit your date and time and our class calendar will open back up for others to book.
