Interested in learning the history of martini's, how to wow your guests with your martini making skills.


If there's one classic cocktail that emanates elegance, it’s the Gin Martini. A perfect Martini showcases the sharp, botanical flavors of gin and vermouth. There are many ways to prepare a Martini and numerous variations on the classic Martini recipe. In this class Yoshi will lead you through making three martini variations using different spirits.



  • 3 Cocktails

  • All class sizes are kept between 8-12 people total. Due to the nature of our classes and limited class size, they are non-refundable, except in the case of a cancellation by The Cocktailery.

  • If you are unable to make your purchased class date, please contact us as soon as possible, and more than 48 hours in advance of class start time. You can transfer to another class date within 30 days,  or convert your class purchase to store credit.

Yashira "Yoshi" Mejia Mejia got her start in bartending when she lived in Washington, D.C. where she spent many years bartending in and around DC's nightlife. She most recently served as the Bar Manager at Para (in South End) developing their current cocktail menu. She has also worked notable stints behind the bar at The Crunkleton and 204 Kitchen and Cocktails. Yoshi currently has her own bar consulting business, Creative Consulting, that consults bars and restaurants on menu creation, staff training. Creative Consulting also produces special and private events.
